What size is the frame?＋
The print is 2×3 inches in a wooden mini frame with a real glass front. Small on purpose: it decorates your pet's corner, right by the bowls, without taking over the wall. It stands up on its own or hangs.
How is the portrait made?＋
Your photos are transformed with AI image tools, and you approve the exact preview before paying. That approved image, and nothing else, is then printed, mounted and framed by hand for your order.
How long until I receive my frame?＋
Every portrait is printed and framed to order, then shipped across Canada and the US. Count on 1–3 business days before it ships, and 5–10 business days from order to your door.
What if I don't like the portrait?＋
Simple: we redo it or refund you. You see the preview before paying, and if the framed result (or the 12×16″ poster) still disappoints, our guarantee covers it.
What photo quality do I need?＋
A regular phone photo works great. Aim for good light, your pet's face clearly visible, and one pet per photo.
